Bella Vista is one of the lesser-known and most peaceful access points to Laguna Brava. Reaching this area currently requires a 4WD vehicle for approximately 6.4 km along an unpaved road from the community of La Bendición de Dios, located along the FTN. The route allows visitors to get very close to the shoreline, making access and time at the site much easier.
Unlike other areas of the lagoon, this beach has a shallow section that extends roughly 20 meters into the water, creating a large natural swimming area. Trails also lead from here to a zone of dry trees covered with orchids, forming a distinctive and unusual landscape.
Visitors must notify the local community in advance before entering. The recommended season is from March through the end of August. A life jacket is required when entering the water.
Because this is a remote and largely untouched natural area, visitors may hear or even encounter wildlife. Hunting, capturing animals, or disturbing their habitat is strictly prohibited.
Bella Vista is an ideal place to swim, relax, photograph the scenery, and experience Laguna Brava in a quieter, more secluded setting.
